The live floor

The live floor shows everyone checked in right now and where they are sitting, so sponsored items reach the right seat.

Open the live floor

1. Open Floor from the menu.

What you see

On the page	Meaning
A name with a table and seat	A checked-in customer and where they are
In venue, roaming	A customer with no fixed seat
A reference	Their code, for matching at the bar
Items pinned	What they have asked sponsors for

Customers appear when they scan a table QR code or check in from the app. They disappear when they leave or their time runs out.

Use it to deliver

1. A sponsored order arrives in Incoming orders with a table and seat.
2. Check Floor if you need to confirm the person is still there.
3. Take the item to that seat.

For a roaming customer, ask for their collection reference at the bar.

Privacy on your floor

You and your staff see table and seat so gifts reach people. Do not tell a sponsor where a customer is sitting, and do not tell a customer who paid when the gift is anonymous.

Nobody showing?

• Check your QR codes are on the tables.
• Check the customer selected Check in after scanning.
• A customer who only ordered at the counter does not appear here.
