Sponsor links for your venue

A sponsor link lets anyone pay for a treat at your venue. You get paid when they pay, and you hand the treat to a customer. It is free marketing.

  1. Open Sponsor links from the menu.
  2. Select Create a sponsor link.
  3. Give the link a title.
  4. Pick one or more items from your menu, or build a bundle.
  5. Optional. Add a custom item with its own price.
  6. Optional. Switch on Let sponsors pay what they want and set a minimum.
  7. Optional. Set an amount to stop at.
  8. Optional. Add a line about it.
  9. Select Create my link.

Share it​

  1. Open the link.
  2. Select Share, or Preview to see what people see.

Put it on your social media, your website, your receipts or a poster. The link stays the same and never expires.

What the person paying chooses​

On your link's page they pick an amount, add a name and a message, and choose who gets the treat:

  • Your venue chooses. You give it to one of your customers.
  • They send it to somebody. They get a link to pass on.

How the money reaches you​

Every payment through your own link is owed to you as soon as it is paid. It is sent with your next payout. There is nothing to redeem to be paid.

Give a treat away​

  1. Open Treats to give.
  2. Find the treat. If it says Not used yet, select Give it now when you hand it over.

Open the link and use the pause option. People who open it are told it is paused.

A customer can also create their own sponsor link for your venue. Payments through that top up their tab with you. That money is held, and becomes owed to you as they spend it. See Prepaid tabs.
